FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept various payment methods, including:

  • Cash payments

  • Bank transfers to our company’s bank account

CAN YOU COME ON THE SAME DAY I CALL YOU?

Yes. A same-day service is possible but is subject to availability. Make sure to give us a call and we'll do what we can to fit you into the schedule as soon as possible

IS THERE ANYTHING YOU DON'T MOVE?

Yes, we will not remove any of the following things: hazardous materials, animals, statues, stolen or perishable goods, drugs, explosives & firearms.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES IF I HAVE TO CANCEL THE SERVICE?

No charge is applied if you notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE THE SERVICE?

You should organise a parking space prior to moving day. Also, ensure that items, which you need moving, are ready for loading (ex: empty drawers, dismantle wall-mounted TV sets, etc.).

ARE YOU INSURED SERVICE PROVIDER?

Yes, each removals service provider has an active Goods in Transit and Public Liability insurances.
